During the month of April 2024, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to several FedEx package theits involving the same suspect and suspect vehicle. During the course of the investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Abel Bismarck Valdez-Feliz.
On April 30, 2024, detectives located Abel and placed him under arrest. In addition, detectives obtained a search warrant for the suspects residence. During the execution of the search warrant, several items of evidentiary value were collected. During a Post Miranda interview, the suspect admitted to stealing several packages in Osceola County. Based on this information, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect.
