Gas Prices Break All-time Record

Must Read

Monday evening, the average cost for a gallon of gas in the country is $4.06, according to AAA. The current price, up 6 cents from Sunday and 45 cents from last week, is the closest it has ever been to the all-time record of $4.11, set in July 2008.

Gasbuddy, the popular fuel-savings app that gives users the cost of gas in their area, had their online services go down temporarily on Monday due to record-breaking traffic as people look for the cheapest place to fill up their tank.

As of this morning prices spiked in central Florida to $4.19 per gallon average. The fuel prices are adding more pressure to already increasing prices. Inflation is expected to rise at record levels and put further strain on families budgets.

Do you think the gas increase is due to the War in Ukraine or failed policy by the current administration?
