The individual, identified as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson from Utah, was turned in by a family member following a two-day manhunt involving the FBI, local police, and other agencies. Trump expressed hope that Robinson would face the death penalty if convicted, describing the act as a senseless political assassination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Details emerging about Robinson’s family reveal that he confessed to the shooting before being apprehended.
