The collision occurred at approximately 7:03 AM when a dump truck, driven by a 34-year-old Ocala man, attempted to make a left turn into a driveway at 4816 West Homosassa Trail. The truck entered the path of an oncoming Dodge minivan, leading to a devastating impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">The minivan driver suffered fatal injuries at the scene, while her three children, a 16-year-old female, a 15-year-old female, and a 12-year-old male, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. They were transported to area hospitals for treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">The driver of the dump truck was not injured in the crash. Authorities are investigating the incident to determine any contributing factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Sergeant Steve Gaskins of the Florida Highway Patrol confirmed the details of the crash.
